Ed Sheeran, Kermit The Frog Perform Heartwarming Duet Of ‘Rainbow Connection’ For ‘Red Nose Day’

“I can’t believe I’m here with Kermit the Frog,” Ed Sheeran said.

“I can’t believe I’m here with Ed the Sheeran,” Kermit replied.

And we can’t believe that the singer and the frog have never collaborated before. They’re simply magical together.

Sheeran and Kermit performed an adorable acoustic duet of “Rainbow Connection” Thursday night as part of NBC’s “Red Nose Day,” a charity event that raises funds for children in need around the world.

Coldplay, U2, Keith Urban and more than 100 other stars also made appearances on NBC’s three-hour televised event.

This was the first “Red Nose Day” ever held in the United States. The event originated in the U.K., where it has reportedly raised more than 78 million British pounds, or about $122 million, since its inception in 1988.
